How to install Chaz's or Emily Hsiao's upload version?

Hello everyone after hours of downloading Chaz's and Emily's upload and extracting them(12.5 GB), I can't seem to install the game. Every file is in weird text and the readme file is in unrecognize text. Can someone provide a good walkthru on how to install these version?

I am in the middle of downloading it, I took a quick peek at the files and they appear to be image files (.MDS). So my guess is, you need to burn them first with a program such as DVD Decryptor, before you can install them.

Yeah that's the one I currently downloading (12.56GB). Most of the files are .MDS and some are .ISO, they are all CD image files.

hey,
i havent downloaded the files, but have u tried playing pal2, pal3, and/or pal3a?
coz they have pretty strong cd copy protection...im not so sure u can play it using cd images

hmmm..I havent tried the others yet, but I tried Xian Jian II and an error popped up, but it's in weird symbols and I can't read it..I'll try to install the others sometime and let you know how they go :S

I just downloaded the game but instead of seeing Chinese, I see weird symbols. I have XP, so I thought having the language pack installed would automatically allow me to read the Chinese (apparently not). What Chinese reading program must I use in order to see the Chinese? I get a language version error when I try to install
