Hey,
So I just downloaded all the rar files for Xianjian 4, have them unpacked, change my "system locale" language to Mandarin, but when I try to run PAL4.exe, I got the following application error:
"The application was unable to start correctly (oxc000000d). Click OK to close the application.
I'm running it on Windows 7.
Any thoughts?

Quick search online shows that the game is only compatible with 2000/XP/Vista. Sorry

Indeed. I thought some of the "compatibility" features of Windows 7 might overcome. Fail Microsoft. Fail.

thats not true. Im having the same problem now but i played this game on win7 once and Im pretty sure some of my chinese friends are also currently playing it now on win7.

the cracked version works well with windows 7 but the legit version does not. 
same goes PAL2/3/3A.
