does the DOS version have music and sounds? I remember a long time ago when I downloaded the DOS version and had to install another program to enable its sounds. :?

95 version isnt working for me atm. I get the not enough disk space error. However I downloaded another copy of pal95 which extracts from an archive and skips the whole CD process. Another problem: When I run PAL.EXE with win95 compatibilty, the game screen is messed up and some sides of the screen are cropped off.

The above links seems to be unavailable now. But here is a working one:
http://218.57.9.23/demo/d418c_2006-09-16_11046.rar

The game is in paldos/pal directory (pal!.exe is cracked while pal.exe is the original). Other files are some additional articles/workthroughs/saved games, as well as the DOSBox which will get sounds/music when running DOS programs in a modern OS.

EDIT: for Win95 version (this one is in Simplified Chinese, and the videos are stripped)

I just tried it and it worked for me :) try renaming it into an English filename. Or just try the DOS version, which works well under Windows (it just has a harder difficulty, the Win95 version has been dumbed down in both mazes and battles).

anyways the game is too large to upload into a free space :(

you can try using AppLocale and run the pal.exe program with a locale of Simplified Chinese. Google for download.

which version have you downloaded?

for the DOS version, just extract it and double click the pal!.exe file in paldos/pal directory;
for the Win95 version, you'll need to use AppLocale to install/run it if you aren't using a Simplified Chinese version of Windows (google for download; note that you need a legal copy of Windows for this one as the download is WGA-restricted)
